Return/ Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to provide returns/refunds on our products.  If you find a flaw in your fabric larger than an inch square, please let us know so we can find the best way to help your project continue.  Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.  Of course, if we make a mistake, we'll fix it!

We package all of our items carefully to ensure safe travel. In the unfortunate event that your package or items arrive damaged due to shipping, please let us know so that we can help you submit a claim with the shipping provider.  

Order Cancellation by Customer

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. 
Pre-orders and deposits paid are non-refundable.

Promo Codes and Discounts

Please make sure to use your promo or discount codes during checkout.  We are not able to use them against orders once placed.  

Order Cancellation by The Quilted Nest

In the unfortunate case of an item being out of stock or a pricing error occurring, the item will be cancelled from the order, and you will be refunded.  Every effort will be made to keep this from happening!  On the occasion that something is over-sold (as we are also a physical location, and it happens sometimes), just that item will be refunded.  The remainder of the fabric on the order will ship and can not be refunded.  

Colour Variations

Although we try our best to represent the colour of the fabric accurately, please note that all monitors and screens will have variations in how that colour shows to you.  We cannot offer refunds for colour variations between the website and the actual fabric.  If you have questions about the colour prior to ordering, please don't hesitate to reach out to us - we'd love to help you put together a coordinating bundle of perfection!
