Shipping policy

We strive to provide excellent customer service. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.  You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that fulfillment times will be longer if you have ordered during a sale, due to the larger volume of orders. If you order during a sale, expect fulfillment times to extend to 5-8 business days. Please email us if your order is urgent.  We will try to accommodate. 

We use various shipping companies such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or ICS.  Depending on your location, we will pick the best option for shipping.  

Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days for most addresses (remote locations may experience longer wait times).

-Orders greater than $125.00 after discounts and before taxes ship for free! 

-Orders less than $125.00 after discounts and before taxes will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00.

All parcels include $100 insurance coverage and tracking. Please contact us if you would like to purchase extra insurance coverage.

LOST PARCELS: 
Please note that The Quilted Nest does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We will gladly provide any information that we have in regards to your parcel, as well as assist in locating it. However, we will not reimburse you for any lost or stolen parcels.

IN-STORE PICKUP:
For all our local customers, we do offer free in-store pickup. Simply select Pick Up as your delivery method at checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
